I am looking for a vest attached to a life saver for a toddler. I really dont know where can I find this. Thank you

Any pool supply or boating store should have one.
Even with a floatation device, NEVER take your eyes off of your child when he/she is in the water. This is a basic law of lifesaving and water safety.
I must add that such devices give a child a false sense of security. Please sign your toddler up for swimming lessons.
